Hardware & Software Requirements
Almost all smartphones made within the past 6 years are compatible with the NONAGON N9/N9+ devices. However, there are older models that are not compatible; and there may be untypical-sized newer models which also may not be compatible. Here is what you need to know.
- iPhone 8 and above running iOS 11.0 and above
- Android 8.1 and above with 4GB RAM and above
The following iPad models are compatible with N9/N9+:
- iPad Air 3 and above running iOS 11.0 and above

Is your smartphone especially small or thick? The following dimensions are necessary for the N9 device’s otoscope (ear exam).
